A landlord and her husband have openly pitched a tent within the yard of their tenant’s dwelling on Christmas Day and began residing there.

Nicky and William and their three younger youngsters had been residing within the rented dwelling in Yamba on the New South Wales north coast for 2 months when their landlord Pascale Hubert all of a sudden knowledgeable them she could be transferring onto the property.

‘Pricey Nicky and William, I’m the proprietor. As of tonight I can be occupying the rear yard,’ Ms Hubert messaged the couple.

Nicky stated police have instructed her they’re powerless to power the landlords off the property. 

‘It is day 11 of them residing within the yard. It is fully weird to everyone we inform. Police and actual property do not know what to do,’ she instructed A Current Affair.  

‘Our kids are terrified, they maintain asking, ‘who’re they?’ and we won’t give them any solutions.’
