A disturbing video has captured the second a person was repeatedly punched and kicked when he was being arrested by three law enforcement officials.
The ugly footage reveals the 47-year-old being taken to the bottom at about 2.40pm on Tuesday by officers from the Campbelltown Metropolis Police Space Command.
