The eight-bed property where Rihanna once lived in at St. John’s Wood is selling at £32 million after the A-Lister rented it out for £18,000 a week.
The gated mansion has an entrance with parking for up to ten cars, a gym, an infrared sauna and two large floors for entertainment.
The five-storey landscaped property has underfloor heating and even an elevator for guests.
Rihanna, 32, hired a security guard, personal cook and housekeeper during her stay, according to The Times.
Lucky shoppers will have easy access to the shops on Finchley Road and St. John’s Wood High Street, as well as an underground station. Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park are nearby.
This house was originally built in 1844 by builder William Holm Twentyman. It was designed by architect John Shaw Jr., a favorite of the royal family.
This is the only original Twentyman and Shaw mansion on St. John’s Wood Park that survived the 21st century. Everything else since then has been torn down or adjusted.
The home’s first owner was Daniel Francis, a diamond tycoon who is a director and shareholder of De Beers Jewelers.
Other residents include Robert and Doris Partridge, owners of the Partridge Fine Arts and Antiques Store on New Bond Street, and Arthur Mitton Dickson, director of Anglo International Bank.
Its last resident, Rihanna was in a secret relationship with Saudi billionaire Hassan Jameel during her stay.
