Andre Ayew Sweeps four in Swansea City’s End of Season Awards

Ghana Black Stars captain Adnre Ayew swept multiple awards at Swansea City’s end of Year awards for the just ended 2019/20 season.

His sensational form this season was a huge contributing factor to Swansea reaching the Championship play-off semi-finala after netting 18 goals and providing seven.

The 30-year-old was topped the ceremony with four awards. Ayew was voted as the Fans Player of the season and was also named the Player’s player of the season.

The Black stars captain was also the club’s top goalscorer of the season with 18 goals and was also named the Away Player of the Season.

The awards was held virtually due the Coronavirus and the Ghanaian midfielder emerged with the most awards.

Swansea City finished the EFL Championship with 70 points and placed sixth on the league table.
