The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has been dared to supply evidence that he’s a Ghanaian.
Director of Communications for Ghana Gas Service Limited, Ernest Owusu Bempah says if he’s ready to do so he will resign from politics.
This was after an allegation that the NDC scribe bussed people to be part of the just ended voters’ registration exercise.
Ernest Owusu Bempah who was speaking during an interview at Neat FM said: “Asiedu Nketia isn’t a Ghanaian and everybody knows that. The mother is from Cote D’Ivoire and his father may be a Dagaati who came to settle here, it’s a fact. I met the sister of Asiedu Nketia and she gave me his background.
He should show us his proof of citizenship; if he’s able to I will retire from politics.”
